These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bdf33 platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By visiting the bdf33 website, creating an account, or using the services, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

1 General Provisions

• Each user may open only one account.

2.1 Registration Process

2.2 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to bdf33 immediately. The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss resulting from sharing a password with a third party.

3 Account Management

Compliance with the following bdf33 account policies is mandatory:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Only one account may be opened per individual, household, address, device, or IP address. If an attempt to create multiple accounts is detected, bdf33 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and cancel all bonuses received.

3.2 Account Suspension

bdf33 may suspend an account temporarily or permanently in the following cases:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submission of false documents.
• Prolonged account inactivity.

3.3 Account Closure

A user may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed; however, unused bonus balances are non-withdrawable.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on bdf33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Our approved payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Users must use a mobile financial service account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted, and any such transactions detected will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same method and account used for the original deposit. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes; however, this time may increase if additional verification is required.

4.3 Transaction Verification

bdf33 reserves the right to verify any transaction and request additional documentation when necessary. Suspicious transactions may be placed on temporary hold. We comply with applicable regulations to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdf33 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount (applied to the bonus amount only, not the deposit plus bonus).

5.3 Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed once only; claims from multiple accounts will be cancelled.
• Bonuses are not convertible to cash and may only be used for gameplay.
• bdf33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• bdf33 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.

5.4 VIP Program

bdf33 has four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular and active play.

6 Fair Play Policy

bdf33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users.

6.1 RNG & Fairness

All games on our platform operate on the basis of Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are entirely independent and do not depend on any previous round of play.

6.2 SSL Encryption

6.3 Disputes Over Game Results

In the event of a dispute over a game result, bdf33's system logs shall be considered final. We reserve the right to make corrections if an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other users to place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

• Using any fraudulent payment method.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bdf33 website — logos, graphics, text, interface design, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of bdf33 or intellectual property licensed to it. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

8.1 Game Software

9 Limitation of Liability

11.3 Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
